The instructors will be staying at this hotel. This provides ample opportunity for collegial exchange at the buffet each evening and afterwards.

please note the following policy in case unexpected circumstances arise:

Unfortunately, there have been frequent instances of last-minute cancellations in the past, which compels me to communicate this policy in advance of course booking, as I must plan courses with colleagues and assistants.

General terms and conditions for cancellation of booked seminar participation (regardless of reason):
Cancellation 60 or more days before course start: No cancellation fees
Cancellation 59 to 30 days before course start: 5% of total amount
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before course start: 20% of total amount
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before course start: 50% of total amount
Cancellation 6 to 4 days before course start: 75% of total amount
Cancellation 3 or fewer days before course start or early departure: 100% of total amount
