Dear course participants,

Unfortunately, short-notice no-shows have occurred frequently in the past, which unfortunately forces me to implement this "measure" that I wish to communicate in advance of a course booking, as I must also plan a course with colleagues / assistants.

Cancellation up to 60 days before the course start: No cancellation fees
Cancellation 59 to 30 days before the course start: 5% of total amount
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before the course start: 20% of total amount
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the course start: 50% of total amount
