Please note the following policy in case of unexpected circumstances:

Unfortunately, there have been frequent instances of last-minute "no-shows" in the past, which compels me to communicate this policy in advance of course bookings, as I must plan each course with colleague and assistant support.

General Terms and Conditions for Cancellation of a Booked Seminar Registration (for any reason):
Cancellation 60 or more days before course start: No cancellation fees
Cancellation 59 to 30 days before course start: 5% of total amount
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before course start: 20% of total amount
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before course start: 50% of total amount
Cancellation 6 to 4 days before course start: 75% of total amount
Cancellation 3 or fewer days before course start or early departure: 100% of total amount
