The instructors will stay at this hotel. This creates lively, collegial exchange every evening at the buffet and afterwards.

Unfortunately, there have been frequent cases of short-notice "no-shows" in the past, which unfortunately forces me to implement this "measure", which I would like to communicate to you in advance of any course booking, as I must also plan a course with colleagues / assistants.

General terms and conditions for cancellation of a booked seminar participation (regardless of the reason):
Cancellation 60 or more days before the course begins: No cancellation fees
Cancellation 59 to 30 days before the course begins: 5% of total amount
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before the course begins: 20% of total amount
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the course begins: 50% of total amount
Cancellation 6 to 4 days before the course begins: 75% of total amount
Cancellation 3 or fewer days before the course begins or early departure: 100% of total amount
