About the event

Advanced Course – Modul B

(Alternative techniques for all regions including the special technique "TST", which I developed) from 24.06. – 26.06.2026

In the Advanced Course, you learn to "play" with the techniques. You get to know alternatives. You can treat patients lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing. The only thing that doesn't work yet is hands-free treatment...

In this course, the fundamental principle of chiropractic is deepened. Of course, you can vary techniques if you know how and when it could become dangerous.

In this course module, the "TST" – Thumb Side Technique will be demonstrated and explained by the second day at the latest.

The TST is a further development by Henrik Simon that brings even more specificity to chiropractic. Here, using the thumb-side edge, you palpate where the blocked area of the joint is located and correct it with a very fine and highly targeted impulse. This doesn't require much force, but rather a great deal of finesse and sensitivity. Only with considerable experience and frequent practice can you learn and apply this different form of chiropractic.

Through the variation of techniques, you master the ability to treat even special patients.

If, in the course of your professional life, you develop problems with your "tool" – your body – this course is important. For example, you can treat with your other hand and thus relieve strain on your injured body side.

Day 1: Brief review of the Basic Course, variations and alternative chiropractic grip techniques

Day 2: Alternative grip techniques and TST – Thumb Side Technique with variations of grip techniques

Day 3: Alternatives and practical exercises of the TST, as well as review and deepening of learned techniques

The course includes:

– Coffee / tea and water

– a comprehensive script with description and illustrations of the techniques, except for the TST. Unfortunately, there is no script for TST because the techniques are too specific for that.

Course prerequisites and sequence:
– Basic Course
– Modul-A
– Extremities Course
– Modul-B
– Working groups
– Refresher
– Supervision
