Please note the following information as it may assist you in registering.
*Depending on the package you purchased, a maximum of 24 continuing education hours may be earned, pending your state board's approval. Palmer has applied for CE credits in all states. Make sure to follow your state guidelines in choosing CE sessions.
Arizona & California DCs: Please note that this year we will be applying for only 16 CE hours in Arizona & California. The Arizona & California approved classes will be marked in the program upon check-in.

Photo ID: A photo ID must be presented when checking in.
Registration Desk: Anyone who has pre-registered may check in Wednesday, September 16 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Exhibitor Hall (R. Richard Bittner Athletic and Recreation Center). Check-in will re-open on Thursday, September 17 at 7 a.m.
Help us kick-off Homecoming this year with a new special event! Please join us on Wednesday, 9/16 from 3:00- 4:30 pm in the Exihibitor Hall for a special Speakers Reception. Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. Meet up with friends, chat with exhibitors, and mingle with some of our Homecoming speakers! This event is free.
Important Weekend Information:
• Exhibitors and Registration will be located in the R. Richard Bittner Athletic and Recreation Center.
• If you purchased a CE Only Package, limited food for purchase will be available at Dave's Coffee Corner, located in the David D. Palmer Learning Commons.
• Shuttle service will be available from Vickie Anne Palmer Hall to the Exhibitor Hall throughout the day.
• Please refer to your printed program for specific event information and locations.
Saturday Night Festival Tickets and Social Events: Register or learn more about social events here.
Certificate: If you registered for Continuing Education credits, a Certificate of Attendance link will be sent via email. This may take up to two weeks after the event. After you receive the email, you may login to the system at any time to access your certificate.
