Complete Booking Refresher – Level 2

You have already completed Level 2. The complete booking as a refresher gives you the opportunity to review content, deepen techniques, and further improve safety and precision in application.

Module 4:
Occiput, Cervical seated, CTÜ prone, Standing Ribs (lower), Lower Extremity Part 1, Atlas seated, Ribs supine

Module 5:
CTÜ/1st Rib supine, TLÜ, Coupled Pelvis + Lumbar, Lower Extremity Part 2, Occiput seated

Module 6:
Here we train all techniques from Module 4 and 5 with significantly higher intensity! Since you already know the basics here, we focus on: workflow, ergonomics, repetition, and speed!
