Cervical Supine, Thoracic Supine, Pelvis & Sacrum, Upper Extremity Part 1

Module 2:
Atlas Supine, Standing Ribs (upper), Lumbar, Upper Extremity Part 2 Cervical Seated

Module 3:
Here we train all techniques from Module 1 and 2 with significantly higher intensity! Since you already know the basics, we focus here on: sequence, ergonomics, repetition, and speed!
