Occiput, Cervical Spine Seated, Cervico-Thoracic Junction Prone, Standing Ribs (lower), Lower Extremity Part 1, Atlas Seated, Ribs Supine

Module 5:
Cervico-Thoracic Junction/1st Rib Supine, Thoraco-Lumbar Junction, Coupled Pelvis + Lumbar Spine, Lower Extremity Part 2, Occiput Seated

Module 6:
Here we practice all techniques from Module 4 and 5 with significantly higher intensity! Since you already know the basics, our focus is on: execution, ergonomics, repetition, and speed!
