These terms govern the use of the chiro.events platform ("Platform"), operated by the entity listed in the imprint. They apply to all visitors and registered users of the platform.

2. Service Description

chiro.events is an aggregator for chiropractic events. The platform lists events from various organizers and speakers and links to their pages. Direct bookings or contracts between users and organizers are not processed through the platform.

3. Usage

Use of the platform is free of charge. Users register with their email address and receive a login link. Profile content (speaker bio, practice data, etc.) is entered by users themselves and must be truthful. Users are responsible for the accuracy and currency of their information.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The platform makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listed events. Events are partly extracted automatically from public sources. Users should contact organizers directly for binding information. Liability for damages arising from the use of linked content is excluded.

5. Weather information

For the days of an event, we show weather information for the venue. If the event is more than ten days away, we show averages of recent years instead; they are not a forecast. The information comes from Apple Weather (Apple Inc.). The following notice from Apple applies to it, in the original:

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms where necessary for legal or technical reasons. Changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the operator’s seat.
