Als 501c3-Non-Profit mit Sitz in Santa Cruz, Kalifornien, fördert sie Forschung, pflegt das weltweite Verzeichnis von Gonstead-Doktoren und veranstaltet jährlich das "Meeting of the Minds" und die Gonstead Extravaganza. Bietet Diplomate- und Fellow-Programm sowie Pelvic Rotation Calculator und klinische Artikel als Praxis-Ressourcen.
